Tom & Barry’s is a family restaurant in the Rocky Hill area of Knoxville that was established to serve a dining need in the community. We are unique in that we offer a sports bar feel with flat screen TV’s all around, games for the children, and now, Pino Gelato for everyone. Tom & Barry’s is owned and operated by Tom Jostes and Barry Smith. In addition to being one of the founders of the Tom & Barry’s concept, Tom is a founding member of Aldis Inc of Oak Ridge, TN and is a residential real estate developer. Barry is a long time Rocky Hill resident and left a career in sales to help develop the Tom & Barry’s concept and to see the need for a restaurant in his community fulfilled.

Tom & Barry’s is your place for laid-back family fun in Knoxville. We offer an extensive menu that is sure to please all tastes. For the sports fans we offer a separate sports bar with enough flat-screen TV’s with the NFL Ticket and ESPN College GamePlan to ensure that the game you want to watch will always be on. Tom & Barry’s also has spacious patio seating with plenty of room to dine, share a drink, and enjoy a game of cornhole.
